What’s the difference between your two coaching options?

In-Person Training -

Training will be provided in person at City Fitness The Palms and also through our app, our workouts will be customised to your requirements in 8-12 week training blocks. You will get continuous support via your coach in person and through the app.

This is perfect if you feel you need the extra motivation in person or if you’re new to the gym and need guidance.

Online Training -

Training will be provided through our app and tailored to your needs and goals. Working in 8-12 week training blocks you will be able to access everything required from the app (it’s like having a PT in your pocket). You will get continuous support through the app and in check-ins.

This service is perfect for people not in Christchurch wanting to be coached under Stefan. It’s also perfect for anyone that feels they don’t need that In-Person service and just require guidance and support to make change.

How will I see progress?

Consistency will always result in progress you can see. Progress can be measured in many ways like changes in weight, body measurements, performance improvement and progress pictures just to name a few. The more consistent you can be the more progress you will see.

Where are you based?

Regardless Fitness is based in Christchurch, New Zealand. Stefan runs 1:1 in person clients out of City Fitness The Palms. Were are not limited to just training people based in New Zealand with the ability to use our online training programs via the app wherever you may be.

What sort of training can I do?

When beginning your journey with Regardless Fitness we can discuss your goal/ambitions the gym. Stefan is able to create programs from beginners through too advanced. Stefan will work with you to create a program that suits you while utilising Stefan’s experience and skills.

How will I know what weight to use in the gym and if i’m using correct technique?

If you are just starting out in the gym Stefan can help you to work out what weight you need to be using without compromising form. If you need assistance in prescribing weight for your training please make sure you bring this up.

The weight you are using should make you work for those final reps without compromising your form.

You are welcome to film your sets and send them to Stefan via the app for feedback on your form. If you ever have any questions about form, please don’t hesitate to ask.
